Regardless if you can't imagine it, the market is the market.

There was already a presence with Dell and Apple. Now there's Tesla, Oracle, Samsung, Google, and Facebook. There's also rumors about Twitter now that Musk has bought them.
Posting an article saying housing is at a record high means nothing and has no bearing on the market demand in the Austin metroplex.

We own homes in the SF Bay Area and the Austin area. The market value of the Austin home has doubled since 2019 and being that it's 12 miles away from the new Samsung facility and not all that far away from Tesla, it still has some upside before leveling off. Location, location, location.

Did I say anything about "market demand in the Austin metroxplex"? Your idea of an overvalued market is obviously different than mine.

Yes, my idea of an overvalued market is people paying more than the market value of a house. I think you'll find that's most people's definition. The market is not "overpriced" or overvalued if people are willing to pay that price.
