I'm not sure if the forum admin will let me post this. I hope they take the time to read my message first and perhaps they will understand my concerns.

I visited CA - San Diego city, Carlsbaad, and Los Angeles (Chatsworth and Hollywood Blvd) - during a 6 week stay in Feb, March and April this year.

I was introduced to an amazing guy who offered his time and friendship to ensure I had the chance to see some sights and live some fun and crazy experiences.

I flew home to Australia, and he and I stayed in contact for several weeks - till his cell phone was cut off... he then used googlechat to at least keep a modicum of contact happening.

Then nothing.
It's been around 2 months now and neither myself or 4 of our mutual contacts in San Diego have heard from him.

I didn't worry too much in the first two weeks, as he was busy and so forth.
However, when I was getting messages from our other mutual contacts asking me if I had heard from him, I immediately began to worry.

Thing is, during my short stay in the States, and in the time I hung out with him, I never bothered to ask for specific personal details - you know, date of birth, address, even something as simple as exactly how to spell his name. I mean, why would I? Plenty of time for those details, during the life of our friendship...

I never ever thought at any time I might believe he has gone missing.
(And no, our mutual contacts don't have his address either).

The reason I have come to this forum (and others) is because I have already called the local Police, and the despatch can't help me because I don't have an address for them to go check and see if he is at home.
I don't have a car registration plate detail though I know what the vehicle looks like.
I don't have an exact date of birth just an approximate.

I have only some photos I took of him, and I have a smattering of basic details eg I know he goes to church on sunday in his area (I just don't know which denomination).

I would like to ask for help - please.
Anyone in the Alpine area that goes to church - anyone who would be willing to undertake a community service to help a fellow man...

My request is genuine - I am soooo worried for him.
Please help me.
Contact me on a-mazonia39@hotmail.com
If you genuinely want to help, and can help me, I will provide a photo of my friend, and will ask for those who attend various churches to visit on sundays to see if he can be sighted.
The photo will help identify him and you will know if you have seen him.

I am in the southern state of Australia, east coast, and I won't be back in the states till later this year... so I need the help today - I want to find my friend as I am extremely worried for his wellbeing and safety.

Thank you.
Ms TM

Alpine is EAST of San Diego, not west, and you apparently don't have much reliable info to go on. If your friend wanted to be in touch with you, he'd be in touch. Suggest you let this go.
