Like the Ad says "Regardless about how you feel on marriage, its wrong to treat people under the LAW!"

We have a terrible economy, a looming energy crisis, where gas could skyrocket again if OPEC and the domestic oil companies can rationalize another good excuse to do so; our states are being invaded by thousands of illegal immigrants, that threaten our budget, put a drain on healthcare on other subsidies, etc; there could be a pending water shortage on the horizon and all people can think about is same sex couples getting married. What you may find is that the general education level in is a key determinant in how a state prioritizes this issue.

Yea, just like that author guy who said he was using the child porn to write a book. Oh wait, he is liberal so he must have had good intentions of being a pervert. Don't label all perverts as "moral" authorities because that is just plain false. ANYONE can be a perverted sicko...regardless of political affiliation.

Hey yahoo why not spend your time at a revival singing your gospel tunes & praying in tongues. Then on Nov 4 when you realize how out-of-sync Republicans are in California move back to Alabama ASAP

I've only lived outside of California for 4 of my 30 years. Kiss my ass...wait is that a bigoted remark too? lol

The exception that proves the rule.. if he's the worst you can come up with, and he didn't even physically abuse kids, there's a problem. But nevermind, we all know the American church is the great upholder of morals with its long history of witchburning, lynchings, bigotry and violence. No need to belabor the point.

Oh ok...so it's okay to get off on child porn...just not okay to partake in it? absurd. Exception that proves the rule. You are funny. As if no liberal could take part in destroying innocence. What about TWINKS? Gays don't go after young impressionable boys? NAMBLA? Don't give me that horse**** of an excuse. One of my favorite quotes by William Penn I think, "Right is right even if everyone is against it and wrong is wrong even is everyone is for it." I don't believe perversion falls into one camp or the other...for anyone to say otherwise is just proving they are a fool who is unable to think for themselves.

I didn't say no liberal could partake in perversion. I'm saying that your 'moral institutions' have a long and checkered history with it, which dates back centuries if not millenia. To rely on such a background to argue for "morals" is ridiculous.

Haha, that's rich coming from you. You've contributed more than your share of Yes on 8 rhetoric. I would suggest a different forum, and maybe a different state altogether, if you're bothered by the No on 8 people.
