Apparently illegals is now a synonym for Mexican, either that or you can tell the American Citizens from the illegal Mexicans, now that is a wonder, it is a skill I have yet to master.
Regarding living in a mobilehome park, remember, you typically don't own the land. If the owner wants to convert to a shopping mall, you may have a problem. Look for Condominium Parks.
