Most of the Chinese manufctured goods are made by outsouced american based companys who thanks to Chinas undervalued curreny finds it cheaper to manufacture their goods in China and then reexporting it to the US where it is sold to higher prices than what the cost of manufacuring the godds where.

What you see happening is American capitalism going global.

China has a large and cheap workforce, no regulatory enforcement , no healthcare/environmental standards, and massive resources.

Take a look at many American brand products and read where they are made. Camaro=Canada, Apple=Taiwan, Nike=China...

Welcome to the new world order...global matrix organizations, alliance corporations, and multi-national mergers acquitions.

If you don't adapt, you become extinct.

GM has made cars in Canada as long as there has been a GM, even before there was a GM its predecessor Buick Motor Company was making cars in Canada. Nothing new here.

Although many jobs from California have moved to Canada, which is considered more business-friendly than California. Jobs moving to Canada is more like jobs moving to other US states than jobs moving to Asia.

The rest of what you say is correct.

While war with the ChiComs at some time and place in the not too distant future is not inconceivable, the OP scenario is science fiction. If there is warfare on US soil involving foreign nationals, it will be with Mexicans and Central Americans in this country illegally with "Reconquista" and "Atzlan" mindsets. This hot button issue is much more serious than most are aware of, with fanatics and extremists on both sides of the issue ready and willing to start shooting. Fortunately, their numbers would seem to be very small, but if things heat up, things could get very ugly and spread.

America spends more annually on its military than the rest of the world put together. I doubt the Chinese will do much more than fiddle. As long as America borrows money from the Chicoms to fund its various wars, the Chicoms are winning. As long as you buy something with a made in China label, the Chicoms are winning.

"killing people is the least effective form of warfare" Sun Tzu.

Research shows that there are far more American Conservatives emotionally wrought up over the Reconquista and Atzlan than Mexican nationals looking for work in America.

I have never seen any information that has said there are Mexicans ready and willing to start shooting at Americans.

things could get very ugly and spread.

They already are, just look at Arizona, all fired up over a law that does nothing, ah mean nothing, to control the border.

An grossly undevalued and fixed currency to the us dollar leading to artificialy compettetive exports and cheap labour is Chinas current strength over the US but as the country develops this advantages will wane.

True and this isn't just an American thing to outsource manufacturing. Japanese companies do this too. Most Nikon products for example are made in Taiwan or China.

I agree with you but its hard for advanced capitalist democracys to even try to compete with counties as China and Taiwan with their Beggar thy nighbour currency policies.
