If you own an RV, where do you park it?

That’s a question that real estate developers are taking very seriously. So much so that in hot retirement markets across states like Nevada, Arizona and Florida, developers are seizing the opportunity to cater to the niche audience of RV owners.

America
There are fancy warehouses designed for coach storage also. I'm not sure I would want to wreck the aesthetics of my home so I could park an RV in the garage!

Also consider with the size and high cost of some of these coaches, a regular campground simply won't meet the needs or the demands of these coaches or their owners so the high end RV resorts are all the rage as well.

Really who wants to spend 500K on a coach and check into a dingy trailer park with an above ground pool!

Wow, look at the density of the subdivision in the picture. Maybe OK for RVrs who like to have their neighbors within arms reach! (@home and on the road)

In my TX location there are 2 great options for this type of abode.

1) Rio Robles since 1978 ... a 'resident owner' mhp that has RV sites and parking, as well very nice situated MH's in a park setting. ( due to owner / value... site rents are 1/3rd market, and homes are 150% of competitors in leased parks. http://www.riorobles.com/

2) 'The Club @ Buckhorn Resort'. New, high end stone casita with Rv (indoor or outdoor). Nice landscape with waterfalls / patios ... and access to the adjacent RV Resort amenities. Bunches of these cropping up nearby.
An example of one that sold. 2887 Goat Creek Rd LOT 206, Kerrville, TX 78028 | Zillow
