Anyone have an A-liner or Chalet? (trailer, camping, rail, drive)

Anyone out there have an A-Liner or Chalet type trailer? If so, do you constantly find yourself having people pull over and gawk (or the usual "drive by gawking"), or come up and ask for an inside look?
Don't get me wrong, the attention is flattering and usually we try to give a little mini tour of its features, but sometimes people sort of come up to you and hang around because they seem to be waiting for an invitation to look inside; and usually our trailer is such a mess and we really don't want to invite folks in.
Funniest things ever overheard: "You think that guy goes down the road with it like that? How does it not blow over?"
And also when they think it has a second floor :-)
I go camping a lot and we almost never see another one out there. Where are all the A-Liners and Chalets? Come on folks, tell your stories...
(Oh, and question for any A-Liner owner: How and when did you first discover the little problem with the inside door lock, and how did YOU get yourself back inside? hee)
