how do I go about (moving to, vacations, dual citizenship)

moving to Canada from the U.S?? I know Canada has either a Visa or a permit residency. I can choose between the two(I think.) I also believe Canada has a dual citizenship program with the U.S.

I have been on vacations many many many times to Canada and would love to life there, and settle down there. I was wondering if you could please help me out! Thank you so much!!
