There really is no difference between working the computer/software R&D in either country. People routinely move back and forth between the two countries. Degrees (as long as it's from a respected school) and experience are treated the same.

I suspect that the problem for you (in finding employment in the US and Canada) is you require visa sponsorship, a new grad, don't have enough relevant work experience and qualifications, good enough school/program, and connections such that an employer is willing to sponsor you.

I do have 8 months of experience( 2 internships).

Yea, I guess I have to find some one to sponsor me.
