To me, Montreal has a heavy NE vibe, and very much resembles Boston, aside from the whole French thing. Half of Quebec lives in Montreal, so one could argue that Quebec "feels" the most like New England.
Then again, Toronto is heavily influenced by major U.S. cities, and a significant portion of Ontario lives in Toronto...
I don't think any province as a whole feels more American than another.
