Planning on going to Queen's University (in Kingston, ON) (universities, live in)

Hello, I plan on going there in a few years. I live in Canada, but I have never bene to Kingston. So I was just wondering, what is it like there? What is the university there like? Is Kingston very urbanized or does it have its calm sides? etc...

I can tellyou this. My son and his wife both took their medical degrees there and they loved, loved loved it. They have both been i a number of other Universities taking specialities and their undergrad degrees. They have told me that Queens is their favorite by far.

Kingston is a very pretty little city in a very charming location. I just love all the old limestone buildings and overall the city is very attractive. I really don't think a person could go wrong going to Queen's.

Great small city with lots of old architecture and history, access to thousand islands...the birthplace of hockey too....and the Canadian flag.

Thanks guys!! Although I have switched my opinion and decided to attend another university as of now.
