Wow, funny and tragic in the same time. Truly Kafkaesque.

Tragic, because the reason for the government contacting the family in regards to an alleged death, was not for condolences or any other form of help, but rather to settle some debts and getting some money into their coffers. In a way, showing the irony of human existence, mercantilism, consumerism, and absolute materialism.

It puts the totalitarian government of quebec to big shame - making it look like a cruel entity, and an inhuman, ambulance chaser.
