Do they have shops that sell marijuana in Windsor? I heard it was legal there. Not that I want it for myself. Just wondering.

Marijuana is not "legal" anywhere in Canada. There is a difference between not actively pursuing charges for posession of small quantities and legalization.

Some good reading on the subject

Judge rules Canada's pot possession laws unconstitutional

ThePotLawHasFallen.ca

Another Judge Agrees: Canada's Pot Laws Are Unconstitutional and DO NOT EXIST!

Basicly two judges have ruled Canada's current marijuana laws invalid. This does not mean it is now legal, it does however that it would make it extremly hard for you to be procecuded for having marijuana for personal consumption. Shops openly selling marijuana probably will not happen at this time in Canada however.

Maybe not in Windsor, but there are smoke shops in Vancouver.

No shops openly sell weed anywhere in Canada, even Vancouver. It's more of a decriminalized thing, not an Amsterdam thing.

I think you are wrong. It's not called Vansterdam for nothing. There are several, but I think Da Kine is the most well known.

Toronto also has some pot cafes.

Contrary to popular belief, the selling of weed in coffeeshops is not legal in Amsterdam, it is merely tolerated.

Agreed. However, in Canada, it's not tolerated, even in the most lenient markets. It HAS been possible to go somewhere and actually consume weed, but those places got cracked down in Van ages ago, and as for actually BUYING, you are not going to find commercial shops doing this.
