That's kind of an odd question, can you elaborate on that? You could get a place in the boonies anywhere in Canada and live off grid and as isolated as you want but you'd probably have to travel to the closest city to get a mix of culture. Cultures vary from province to province and then from region to region within each province/territory. What kind of mix of culture are you looking for? And what parts of Canada do you have in mind?
