I'm not surprised. When I was in kindergarten, back in the Jurassic Era (haha), my cat, Mitzi, according to my mom, would meow to go outside and wait for me to come home from school on the front porch. I don't remember her ever coming for me all the way to school, but she would walk up the street on occasion. Pets just make good pet owners feel so very special!!
