I too hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving. I just returned from Thanksgiving dinner at my nephews' house where I got to meet Chester for the first time. Chester is a 57lb Boxer lap dog that totally loves people. He was very excited to have guests come to see him and made sure to greet everyone was with some good old sloppy licks. My cats gave me a good going over when I got home, and I don't think they were very happy about what they were smelling.
Anyway, it's always a good day when I get to meet a new friend.

Hi Pik.....hope your feast was delicious - I expect it was as you sound like a pretty good cook!!! I wanted to cook dinner at home for hubby and myself but he wanted to go out for dinner. We both had the traditional dinner and passed on the buffet which was a good thing. I had made a cheese ball on Wednesday, and he has eggnog and cider and stuff to last through the weekend. I am looking forward to a relaxing weekend, putting up outside Christmas lights tomorrow, making a pot of chowder, and watching some movies in front of the fire.
Hope you and Jamie, and your children, and Kitty Katty and Charlie all enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving and have a nice full belly tonight. A loving home with people who love you is a blessing to be thankful for!!! Make sure you get some rest and take care of yourself!!!
