I would get them to the vet. Vomiting that has gone on several days + inappropriate urination = something's going on. If you can't afford to get them all to the vet, take the male, who is vomiting and urinating inappropriately. He could have a urinary tract infection.

Were they able to get into something they shouldn't have? (cleaning supplies, etc.) Kittens can get into anything and everything.

Hopefully, they are still eating and drinking normally.

We can't diagnose your kitties over the internet; best to take them to the vet to be physically checked-out. Good luck!

I second LoriNJ's recommendation: take them to the vet ASAP.

It is grossly abnormal and very concerning that they are exhibiting this behavior. Keep us posted as to what their vet says.

Oh my yes, they all need to go to the vet asap. The fact that they all show symptoms at the same time sounds like they all might have got into something or ingested something possibly toxic... or something wrong with their food. Whatever it is, vomiting foam/bile is a red flag. Please don't delay getting them checked out.
