Whiskers several years ago was a Hospice cat -- lived at the Hospice with the patients. The nurses knew when someone was close to departing this life because Whiskers would lay down with that patient and not leave.

They are both 6. Princess was very neglected when I got her...now she has had several vet checks, love, and is doing very well! Working on getting her to gain weight but that takes time. Sweet Pea was found abandonded in an apartment by some not so nice people. She was left in a locked room with no food, water, liter, open window for what they think was about 5 or 6 days. She is very skittish and gets very upset if she evens sees a peak of the bottom of the food bowl...she has adjusted well. Both great and listen amazingly well.
