Well this yr my old boy George passed away and i thought id never be able to have another cat again...

But, by chance a kitten at my local vet is looking for a home, I saw him and I knew he was gonna be my kitten! We looked at eachother and I picked him up and instant purrs!!

I asked my landlord and he was very happy for me to have a kitten!
But, what do I call him!? I just dont know....

Ahhh how sweet! It's awesome you get to keep the cat. Sometimes it can take some time to name a cat. Longest I took was three days.

Have you tried anything historical like Abraham? You're cat just strikes me as an Abraham. But feel free to think on names for a few days and get to know the cat-in-ality (personality).

He's gorgeous! and orange tabbies usually have great, laid-back personalities. How about Rufus? Rusty is so overused, although I had a Rusty once.

Our orange and white long haired Kitty is named Munchkin (he is the big brother to Sidney). We named him munchkin because he was so little but also call him Munchie cause he wants to eat everything. We seem to play around with names a little bit before we find the perfect one, like Chasey said, sometimes you just need to see what their personality is like to know if the name is a good fit. We have 3--Snarf, named after a ThunderCats character; Munchkin and Sidney, Sidney was named after Sidney Crosby cause my son is a huge fan & has accomplished so much at a young age and that is exactly like our Sidney, he went through a lot to get to where he is today.

Just be patient, it will come to you! Enjoy your new baby, I'm happy you're able to enjoy a fur baby again!
