As others have said... she'll more than likely come back to acting EVENTUALLY, especially since she's only 30. As of right now though she has plenty of money for herself and will obviously have plenty more if her and Ashton get married. Still... between boredom down the road and the possibility to earn a lot more money she'll probably end up coming back.

Besides... although she plans to quit acting doesn't mean she won't continue to work on FAMILY GUY. Easy money...

Well Family guy could also bring back Lacey Chabert to be the voice of Meg Griffin since she was the original person cast and did the first season of Family Guy till Mila replaced her in that role.

That's a pretty nothing article that doesn't say she is going to quit acting. It says she doesn't live and breath acting. I'm sure we haven't seen the last of her.
