Rapper and reality TV star Nelly is facing felony drug charges after being arrested in Tennessee on Saturday.

When troopers searched the bus, they found five rocks that tested positive for meth, as well as a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Being in possession of cannabis, or consuming it should not be a crime! Meth on the other hand? Well... I'm on the fence about that, because that is some really bad s***! It is a danger to the user, and to the person manufacturing it as well as others around them! But for the most part I think that it is time that we rethink our policies regarding the war on drugs.
