Before clicking the link, I was thinking either Shakira or Sophia Vergara. Then I clicked the link and thought "CLEARLY the OP isn't referring to either of those women." Less than zero resemblance.

It simply looks like an off stage photo of Katy Perry that was a snapshot and not a posed photo. There are many stars with dark hair and a similar look but it does not look like she is copying anyone. She looks great.
