I need help remembering the name of a female comedian from the 1990s and/or 2000s. I don't remember what she looked like other than she was a white woman, her schtick was she would make an ordinary mundane comment and then say something under her breath after that made it funny

Is it Wendy Liebman? She doesn't really say anything under her breath, but she did have a gimmick of kind of sliding in the unexpected punchline.
