Yes, Google has its own weather application that should be preinstalled. To add a city, open the application, at the top of the page enter the name or zip code of the city you want to add and after it loads, on the lower right there will be a link to add it to your favorite places. If you don't see the multi-colored Google "G" it's just not saved on the main screen of the phone. Look for it by pressing the the button that looks like a phone dial pad with only 9 white dots and not the actual dial screen.

Yeah, I know but at the time it was not loading but now it is. And most of the time it was not accurate of the location I've been at and why I was asking originally.
