Can anybody give me some insight into this school? We are most likely going to send our kids there but I have some concerns/questions.
1. Is it religious?
2. How are the sports?
3. The school only makes the children wear jackets and ties on Wednesday. How is the dress code the rest of the week?
4. The school seems to have a lot of vacation and is closed from June 1st until August 19th. Do they have any summer programs?

1.) No, not faith based
2.) Yes, they have sports but not a power house when compared to schools like SHS.
3.) I think they are required to wear 'uniforms' the rest of the time but I am not sure, their dress code should be on the website.
4.) check the website for that info, I don't know.

1) not religious, part of independent school association
2) sports are pretty important...as is anywhere in south carolina, but there's lots of focus on academics and character as well.
3) there is normal dress code, but no uniforms, except on field trips with the younger kids
4) yes, lots of summer activities. my son did tennis and soccer this year, I am sure there are lots of other things for the older kids too.
