I guess $$$ talks and companies like Kraft bought off Senators with $10k payments so they would vote to pass the FAKE Food "Safety" Bill S. 510. What is happening to our country? Now our only hope is that the State of SC will get tough and nullify this evil and unconstitutional bill so at least in SC farmers and backyard gardeners will be able to grow food the way they want and not be forced to buy toxic genetically engineered seeds from the like of Monsanto.
Industry bought Congressional votes to pass S. 510 food safety bill

Elected officials should not be allowed to take a PENNY from lobbyists. I can't believe so many of them sell out. Most of them really ARE in Washington for what they can get out of it PERIOD! How discouraging!!!!

This Bill S510 passed the Senate yesterday ... it goes to the House for vote now. It's not to late to contact your local House of Rep member.

Sens Demint & Graham voted against the Bill.

Just for fun, look thru the bill. There are half a dozen definitions for "food establishments" to make SURE they cover EVERYTHING including YOUR KITCHEN.

Read The Bill: H.R. 875 - GovTrack.us

Then don't miss "Inspections of food establishments". Catagories 3-5 of food establishments which could include our kitchens could require inspections as often as MONTHLY by BIG BROTHER!!!!

Actually it went to the House of Representatives House "Ways and Means" Committee where they found a "Constitutional error" and now they are sending it back to the Senate to be fixed. Now is our chance to intervene and kill this bill.

Here is a link to where you can send a prepared email to your elected officials and the President and other powers that be. I just went there and sent mine.

Feel free to copy the link and send it out to your friends and relatives and have them do the same!

The all important link: Health Freedom Action

By the way, Senator Coburn said about the bill that it would add $1.5 Billion to the deficit; add UNFUNDED state mandates; RAISE FOOD PRICES and not increase food safety "one bite".
