I am looking for a divorce attorney who is easy to talk to and has a great knowledge of the laws in SC, residency requirements as well as dealing with a spouse who currently resides in another state and has GREAT experience in dealing with a minor child involved.

I would not use Jim McLaren out of Columbia. My friend did and he's getting his but kicked defending an abused woman against a drug addict with felony charges pending against him. If any case should be a slam dunk, hers should and he is just asleep at the switch. The only thing he seems to be good at is sending huge bills.
