Looking for patio/porch referral (Patrick: house, construction, inspections)

I have a backyard deck that I'd like to get screened and live in Mt Pleasant. The job might include some remodel to the house itself since I might knock out some windows and put in doors, especially if I can build a two-story porch. So, fairly big job and I need quality, licensed, insured, etc, workers. Recommendations for this area? I'm located close to the bridge.

Honest guy, too.He built our raised deck in Molasses Creek with a full foundation with inspections & building permits for future construction when we're ready to enclose. Seems to know all Mt P officials.

I will second the recommendation for Jennings Smith, Reality Construction. We hired him last spring to do a number of projects on our house after we moved in. We highly, HIGHLY recommend him and his crew!
BTW....one of the projects was work on our screened porch. They did an EXCELLENT job!!!
