Uncontested takes at least a year to complete. There are three ways to get a quick divorce in this state, adultury, alcoholism or abuse. Baring those three you have to wait a year, cost really depends on the attorney that you use, mine was not to bad for the divorce but the later custody battles where rough....
Depends on the attorneys, and how you/they handle the situation. You could have one action, two actions, or a very protracted and unexpected battle a year from now. Just call any family law attorney and get a ballpark, they should provide that to you pretty easily, or DM me and I'll send you a recommendation.
Thanks everyone. If the divorce is where we are going, it will be simple. Kids will stay with her, as I am not their biological. I love them to death though. The house, mine, will just be sold as soon as it is able to be sold. Everything else she can have, I could care less about materialistic crap. Its the family that is the loss.
Thanks Stranger, LOL. It is what it is. Amazing how things in life unfold over time. Its all me though. My wife is an awesome person, just awesome. No infidelity on either of us. No physical either.
