Beach rental wkd after Labor Day (Sep 5-9) (Charleston, Isle of Palms: rentals, wedding)

Coming into CHS for a wedding. Will probably be downtown. Would like to book some downtime before, or preferably after Saturday night (9/7), for one night, two max. Ideal location would be a tiny beachfront property for myself that leads me to the sand. Simple, yet clean; just a place to crash and shower. Maybe a bar or cafe in walking distance to choose from. No shopping or sightseeing. Cold beer and ocean breeze sounds perfect. Will there be less traffic then? Thanks for helping.

Thanks for the tip. Should I restrict my search to IOP, or would you check out another area?

Homeaway, frbo, craigslist were my initial thoughts. Anyone rec other sites out there?
