There is a guy at the corner of Mathis Ferry and 17 in Mount Pleasant that has nice trees. I don't know if it is the best deal though.

If you want to the best "deal", go to the cess pool known as walmart....you'll certainly get a "deal" on a tree that has been cut since October. If you want a tree that hasn't been cut as long at a fair price then try one of the lots or nurseries around the area.

We usually get our tree as soon as they appear for sale so we can put it in water. Mainly because they are not in water at the shops and tend to dry out very quickly. The pickings are better early also. Although we will not put it up until about a week before Christmas.
Best prices we have found are at Home Depot or Lowes, but Lowes will not load on your vehicle any more. Sometimes they will let you gather branches that have been cut off other trees and my wife will use those for outside window trimings.
