Can anyone offer some information on the area? It is near Ashley River Road and Dogwood Road. Crime, schools, etc. Renting a townhome in the area.

I just bought home in carolina bay. His is food/ clothing/ take out/ restaurants how far to sullivans

Sullivans is on the other side of the area, so probably 20-30min with traffic. Shopping should be fine since it's not far from the Citadel mall.

You're pretty close to Tanger too, just 3 exits down I-526. Also the Kohl's, Marshall's, TJ Maxx, Lowes, and Home Depot are nearby.
