We will be moving back to Summerville in 5 weeks! So happy to be going back home. It has been 15 years since we lived there and definitely the town has changed a lot. My husband will be going down this week and all of next week to spend some time with our realtor and look at some places.
Not sure about certain areas, therefore would appreciate any input anyone can offer. When we lived there before, we lived in Sangaree. We still have friends there, who say it's still a good neighborhood. The last time we rode through, there were a lot of run down areas. I have seen some really nice properties in that area in our budget and would like to know if Sangaree will be up and coming again or is it going further downhill. Also would like input on Tall Pines as well.
Our budget is $150K, no financing and would like to be in a decent area. Schools do not matter as our children are grown.
