I agree with FiveLoaves to a point. I want more grocery stores, but there comes a point of saturation and concentration in one area where it gets stupid. A good example of this is North Main Street in Summerville. It's turned into Woodruff Road in Greenville. Why not spread out?
The new Sheep Island interchange is going to be so great at alleviating some of this.

What is "special" about Lowes Foods? Where do they fit on the price scale? Where do they fit on the quality scale? Where do they fit on the selection scale?

I would compare Lowe's Foods to something like a Harris Teeter. Especially the new Lowe's Foods stores.
