I've done a fair amount of quail hunting growing up; my grandad ran a quail farm on the side for released shooting.
But, to answer your question, I don't know of anywhere specific, but there are definitely places in the lowcountry that you can quail hunt. No question. Just looking at
www.gamebirdhunts.com, there are places you can go in Georgetown, Dorchester, Allendale, St. George, Johns Island, Ridgeland, Orangeburg, Allendale, Estill, Summerville.. the list goes on. So you shouldn't have any problems finding somewhere.
