I don't know Remington woods as well as Park West and Hamlin. But I think there are more children in Park West than any of those neighborhoods. Park West has newer schools that are in the neighborhood, park and recreation right in the development. Hamlin is also nice, very nice amenities, school is not new and rumors of them closing or rebuilding the school are out there. However parents that I have talked to have said they like the school.

It's how it looks on the internet. The are all same duplex units, not many trees, lots of renters.
