Thinking of relocating to the Charlotte, NC or Jacksonville, Fl area. Anyone know anything about the Cunanne group and their communities - Springfield, Antiquity or Ardrey Commons?

Encapsulated and conditioned crawlspaces for starters. Good warranty as well. Price per square foot is high.

Springfield is still under construction and is hurting. Springfield also has a golf course and custom builders in addition to the Cunnane product. Ardrey has been complete on the main side since last year. Across the street in Ardrey Commons Cunnane built town homes and then obtained approval to add single family. They are working on those now.
