Does anyone know anything about this subdivision? It is located off 84 in Weddington, not far from Providence Rd. Any thoughts about the builder - Orleans Homes? Thanks!

IMO it is in a great location, and I like Orleans as a builder. I was last out there about a month ago, and pool not completed yet, but was supposed to be shortly. I can get more info for you if you would like. Best of luck

I also agree that the location is a good one. We looked here before we purchased as well as a few other Orleans neighborhoods, and I thought the homes were nice. They just didn't have the floorplan I was looking for.

We're closing on an Orleans home next week in Bridle Path Estates. Their workmanship and quality assurance is excellent. Let me know if you have any specific questions. Good luck.

I loved Bridle Path Estates! It looks so quiet, is in a great area, and they are giving out memeberships to Firethorne CC! I wish I could afford it. Do you know if you can get anything there for around $650? Do oyu need to spend a lot on upgrades, or do they include a lot?

They are starting in the $600s -- not sure what they are including in the home, but lot is generally included in that price. I think you will be over $650K with upgrades, but I can check for you. They have great lot sizes in there, but no pool, which is why many of my clients prefer Lake Forest Preserve.

In my research I found that many "extras" are pre-packaged in Bridle Path that cost more in other developments. Marvin Ridge schools, community location, and lot size were key factors for us.
We all have different opininions on communities and ammenities, it's a personal choice, good luck.

We were looking at Lake Forest Preserve about 8 months ago. There has been very little progress in that subdivision since then. They do not have most of the lots released for construction as I think they did not receive sewer permits.
The sales agent had said that the clubhouse would be ready by June and it isn't yet ( they still charge you close to $1000 in HOA fee). We really liked an inventory home out there but because of all the above concerns we decided not to buy a home out there. And am glad as most of their listed homes are still unsold.
