We are looking to relocate to Charlotte. We looked around Union County alot trying to be close to my folks (who live in Sun City in Fort Mill, SC). We have been down twice in the past six months and really like the Briarcrest project. I will tell you, on our second trip down over Memorial Day weekend) we were on the new side of the community where the clubhouse was being opened that weekend and ran into several families at the playground. We talked at length about the area, the community and the builder. Everyone there had nothing but good things to say. It seems to be a very good group of neighbors, especially if you have small children, as we do.
