I'm looking into building a custom home around $230,000 in Charlotte. I searched this forum but could not find a builder that I can contact. Please provide a builder that you trust and had done a good job for you. Thanks..

The first question is do you have land to build on already? If not, what is your total budget for the land and home? Just wanted to know if 230k was the total.
