Had no idea it costs so much! However, I am also confused by the wide range of estimates I've received. Is there an average price per sq ft?

Thanks!

$1.40-$1.60/ft. Stairs are about $20/piece. Repairs are extra of course. If you need a name DM me.

Sand and finishing starts around $1.25 a square foot, and what Palmetto said about stairs. If your making phone calls from the phone book you will get individuals who have to pay for advertising, etc. etc. At $1.25 a square foot they guys will do a good job, but they work from home and have all there tools in a van etc. For whatever reason your best prices in Charlotte come from Brazilians.
