This was an older thread, with some recommendations and also there's at least one post in there that makes it sound like it may already be illegal in Charlotte
Wow. I watched some friends try Salvia several years ago but whatching the effects kept me far away from it. I just watched the video from the other thread and that was down right abusive, he must have taken a massive puff. I watched my friends have a hard time sitting straight and laugh ALOT, almost psychotically, but if I had seen something like that I would have flushed it down the toilet. I in no way condone it, nor do I see it being an abused drug for long periods of time. all reports I have heard were along the lines of "Ok, so i tried it, no need to do it again".
I'm not sure what the current status is but last year State law 2009-538 was passed. (a)"It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly or intentionally manufacture, sell or deliver, or possess with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver Salvia divinorum or Salvinorin A. (b) It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly or intentionally possess Salvia divinorum or Salvinorin A"
