There is going to be a Community-Wide open house in Brandon Oaks in Indian Trail this Sunday from 2:00 - 4:00. 20 homes will be held open by 10 different area Realty Firms. There have been some threads started lately about Brandon Oaks - great way to get familiar with this neighborhood!

Horton is still building. Ryland may have 1 or 2 homes left.

Its pretty quiet now....except for shadow inventory, and resales that in many cases are not moving... However you could cut and paste that statement for many other neighborhoods besides mine....

I can't believe rental prices though....one in my neighborhood is going for $1400/month.....insane to me (on the high side).

Rentals are hot right now and it's pretty much the same over here, too... I will say the available new construction seems to be spiking big-time and I'm tempted to jump on the new build bandwagon. Do you have a bunch of open lots or just a few here and there?
