Just like being pulled over for speeding, going too slow can result in an "Impeding the flow of traffic" ticket.

Im not really sure this works. As ive mentioned before, im betting theres people you might not want to do this to. I havent encountered any crazy people myself since moving here, but, I certainly had some serious nut jobs back in CT who've tried to run me off the road.
