Your best bet is to call them. Never heard of an outlet for any warehouse stores. They have the lower prices to begin with, that's the whole point of them.

I had never heard of it either until this thread and then of course I was in two of them yesterday. I even asked the people working there about it, and they said they are not officially affiliated with Costco (hence all the different names) but that is where most of their shipments come from.

COSTCO is in Pineville on South Boulevard. Been there. Bought there because COSTCO Matthews store ran out of the item I wanted.

On a separate note, does Costco or Sam's sell beer/liquor in Charlotte? I currently live in San Francisco and Costco has stellar deals on Scotch, but I know it's a state-by-state situation for them.

And while I'm on the subject, do they sell furniture there? I'll be moving into an empty house and the local Costco has great deals on couches, but I've been to some costco's that don't have any furniture.

Thanks for the info. It's a shame that they don't sell liquor because they have the best prices out here. Is there one main liquor retailer in Charlotte, or is it mainly smaller local stores? In SF we have Bevmo. I'd like to check out some prices at the retailer's websites to know whether I need to stock up before I drive cross country

All liquor sales in NC are done through state-owned ABC stores. Yep, we're one of those states.

Oh, geez. Well I guess it's good to know ahead of time! I'll have to stock up before I head over. I just checked out online prices at the Mecklenburg ABC store and it wasn't pretty.

You'd have to go into SC to buy liquor at Costco, and not all of them carry it. The ones in Charleston do, I make it a point to stop there every time we go down. I love the Kirkland Margaritas!
Furniture - they do carry some, but I think after the Christmas stuff is gone they bring in a lot more to display.
