From the article:

Quote:
The show has moved production to Charlotte to accommodate Maynard, who didn't want to be away from her young daughter, Ricki, the magazine reported.
That's kinda cool. It'll be interesting to me to see which places around town are featured -- sounds like a good chance for a lot of publicity for some places.

I was wondering that too. Besides the white water center or NASCAR type events, not sure about fun, interesting places they could go to in Charlotte. It will be in March so the weather might be a little cold for outdoor stuff.

I bet they also do a trip down to Charleston at some point.

Harsh comments on the article site... doesn't sound like she has a lot of fans around town.

What's to be a fan of? She's just an attention mod cut who is looking for "love" (for a second time apparently) on some vapid reality show. Why would anyone want to be a "fan" of someone so useless?

Typical Internet comments. I don't like these shows either but they are good publicity for stuff around town. I don't know why people get so bent out of shape about a TV show, if you don't like it don't watch it.

God I hope this isn't what's Charlotte's being reduced too! That would be PATHETIC! Who cares about this dingbat? You couldn't pay me to be on these dumb reality shows.

If she really cares so much for her daughter, she'd stay off tv and get a real job!

Has anyone who has posted in this thread ever met the girl?
Ever had a conversation with her?
Saying nasty things about someone you have never met nor ever talked to does not speak well of you. It is one thing to objectively state your opinion. It is another thing to take shots at someone you have never met.

I do not know this girl nor have I ever met her.
I have never seen her on the show because I do not watch it.

Believe it or not, things said publicly matter. Even things said on a public forum.
If it is asking too much of anybody posting in this thread or posting in any other to not be the example of the nasty things you are saying about others, then you should seriously reevaluate your own contribution to society.

Yep, people shouldn't be so insensitive.
