I recently relocated to the Charlotte area and I'm having a hard time finding a job in my degree area. I don't know many people around here and was wondering if anyone had any pointers for the job search. My undergrad degree is in Business Administration.
Is there no assistance from your college with a career center or clear career paths? Why get a degree if you really don't even know if the field will have demand or a market for it?

We don't know the OP circumstances, so I'm not trying to guess.
However, you bring up a great point since this is one of biggest problems facing many new grads nowadays.
Way too many go to college "just to get a degree" with no real clue of what this will lead to - more often than not it turns out to be a waste of time and money. Problem is that college loans cannot be erased by bankruptcy so there is no way out.
Also, in today's society just a diploma will not get people anywhere, there is so much more to get and hold a job. Attitude, connections and experience play a major role in getting and holding a job.
Now that I dropped my 2 cents, sorry OP I cannot help, but wish you good luck!
I understand that your masters is in Healthcare Admin, but what type of position are your seeking? I know an Act team that may be hiring, but they do NOT pay great

Are you set on working in healthcare? Would you be open to some other line of business where the Business Admin. degree would help?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration. I decided to get an MBA instead of an MHA at the recommendation of the CEO of the hospital I did my internship in. I now work in the Financial Services industry. At times miss the healthcare environment, but I always felt that there would be more opportunities if I didn't limit myself to healthcare and I was correct.
I was in Nursing school for 2 years in undergrad and decided that wasn't for me so I switched to Business thinking that would give me countless job opportunities. After graduating I was still really interested in healthcare and knew it would always be a booming business so I went on to get my Masters in Health Administration. I am open to anything right now, just wanted to reach out and try and meet some people around the Charlotte area. Like I said, we just relocated so we don't know many people yet.
What I've done is go on LinkedIn, find someone in recruiting or talent acquisition at any company you're interested in, figure out their email address.. which is fairly easy (if you can figure out what the company uses such as firstname.lastname or firstinitiallastname or firstnamelastinitial). Have a fairly generic email: Hi, I'm X. I recently graduated with Y degree from XYZ University. And then something that sets you apart, at least a little. You can use this email over and over, as long as you change the salutation and the part that says "I'm really interested in working at ___ or I'm really interested in the ___ position". They will generally respond, even if it's just to tell you that they have no positions open, but then, if there ever is an opening, you can apply and drop them another email.
