I'm thinking of purchasing a home in Mecklenburg County and haven't decided on a specific area yet. Is there any good way that I can see real estate market trends in specific neighborhoods in Mecklenburg County. Does anyone know of any good websites where the neighbors maybe "rate" the neighborhoods or apartment complexes. I just want to see an overall breakdown of the county because some places are nicer than others and it's hard to constantly drive around looking at real estate to find the area is not as nice as I had hoped. I'm looking for an area that good has growth potential and is an overall nice area....anywhere in Mecklenburg County for now at least. Thanks
