So what's your opinion on the Civil Rights Act of 1964, a federally baked law?

the Civil Rights Act of 1964 also helps to protect women from discrimination
If you believe that women and minorities should not be protected from discrimination then you do need to secede from the country.
The man who signed the Civil Rights Act of 1964 into Law was a Texan.

Mississippi leads that list, with a few other Southern states to boot.

That article says "Red" states not "Southern" states. There are only 3 Southern states on that list of 10.

Furthermore, North Carolina is not on it.

Thus, the entire premise, like most claims against Southerners is incorrect.

Where would these folk be deported to? Another country, A different state or perhaps to a different county that voted red?

It is all very puzzling to me.
