I was expecting to see more of the city besides a few quick camera glimpses.
I thought they audition at TWC.
Westin needs a top floor ball room view of the city would be great back drop.
Did they do the prejudging and maybe top 50 bussed up the speedway?

Alot went thru that we didnt get to see, I know there more from this state I like how all the judges said that they was amazed in North Carolina talent.

My wife said that some busker made it through to Hollywood, I was wondering if it is the guy I see at Trade and Tryon singing. No guitar, just an amp and him singing.
There was a girl on American Idol last night from my little town of Clover, SC - and she made it to Hollywood! She goes to my daughters' high school. Pretty cool!
I love all the black Charlotte area contestants. I love how Southern they are. They all sang Country music and had southern charm.
As Nicki Minaj said... You Kind of expect them to sing R&B.
